All four security agencies will be mobilized in Kathmandu on November 7.
CPN (UML) close youth association and medical practitioner Durga Prasain Paksha are holding a program in Kathmandu on November 7th. The discussion of the District Security Committee has decided to keep the police and armed police in the field and the Nepali Army as a backup on November 7. In addition, a national investigation team will also be mobilized.
“The police work on the front lines. Armed police are also deployed in the field. National research works in its own way. There has been talk of keeping the Nepali Army on standby as a backup force,” said AIG Deepak Thapa, head of Kathmandu Valley Police Office Ranipokhari.
After the Yuva Sangh and Prasain Paksha prepared to hold a program at Maitighar Mandal on November 7, District Administration Office Kathmandu called both parties for a discussion on Monday. After the discussion, the Youth Union said that the program will be held in Tinkune. The Prussian side is going to do it in bulk. The administration office has declared a prohibited area from Maitighar to New Baneshwar for a month.
The three district security committees of the valley have made plans and created an information system. “Valley Joint Operation Command Center” has been prepared for the exchange of information between security agencies, said AIG Thapa.
Lately, accusations are being made between Mahesh Basnet, who is also in charge of Yuva Sangh, and Prasai, a medical practitioner. Assessing the possibility of a clash, the administration said that it would not allow the two parties to hold a program at the same place.
In order to prevent clashes, reduce damage and complete the program in an orderly manner, all the three district security committees are moving forward after assessing the security threat. Even after the program is over, we are in favor of managing it so that the two sides do not clash,” said AIG Thapa.
